IRAETA views quality as the key for the enterprise’s survival. We have passed more than 20 international and industrial certifications, including TÜV Rheinland ISO 9001 quality system, NQA ISO 14001, NQA ISO 45001 systems and classification societies of 8 countries. In August 2017, we acquired the People’s Republic of China’s "Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Manufacturing License". IRAETA’s quality control team is divided into three main departments, covering certification audit, quality testing center (laboratory) and on-site inspection, and has more than 100 members. Strict control systems are established, right from the raw materials to the output of finished products. Customers have appreciated the quality of our products for many years, and more than 30 of the Fortune Global 500 have purchased our products.
ISO17025 Laboratory
IRAETA has invested more than RMB30 million to construct a laboratory that has passed ISO/IEC17025 laboratory management system certification and is also an iLAC-CNAS National Recognized Testing Laboratory, a member unit of the Shandong Physicochemical Association and Shandong Engineering Testing Center. The laboratory is equipped with various advanced testing equipment, including THERMO direct-reading spectrometer, MT impact testing machine, GE ultrasonic flaw detector, etc., enabling it to independently carry out various physical and chemical tests for chemical elements, mechanical properties, metallographic structure and nondestructive inspection.
